Refund and exchange policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are at the discretion of management and based on availability.
We never want anyone to miss a trip to Rivendell because of a tight budget. If none of the ticket options you see work for you, please contact us at 773.334.7728 or boxoffice@rivendelltheatre.org.
Membership
Check our out RIVPASS membership program for more flexibility in ticketing HERE. If you do not pick up your ticket by the time the show starts, it may be released to a waitlist, if one exists. Rivendell does not offer late seating.
