Hours of Operation

• Thursday - Sunday. Flexible hours available

• Additional weekly performance days may be added to the rental during the contract development

• Opening nights can be any night of the week and include time for a reception until 11:00pm

• Wood and non-sprung wood flooring

• Black box theatre with flexible stage and seating capacity for up to 50

• Stage dimensions of 19 ft by 20 ft with a 13 ft high ceiling

• Fully licensed and ADA-compliant wheelchair accessible venue (no stairs) with two patron restrooms

• Two dressing rooms (8-person capacity)

• Central heating and air conditioning

• Wall to wall grid for added flexibility

• Ample dimming capacity and power to run 48 - 1800W channels (approx. 20,000 watts maximum)

• Sound system; 16 ceiling and wall speaker jacks, no cabling required; all jacks lead to a permanent amp rack and patch panel powered by 3 dedicated circuits

• Permanent amp and in-ceiling speakers in both dressing rooms and lobby for a dedicated program feed backstage and front of house

• Pre-wired for ClearComm wireless communications; front-of-house, booth, and backstage are on line when you plug in headsets

• Sound-proofed theatre; traffic and street noise will not disrupt your show/event

• Free parking at Senn High School one block west (area street parking is also available)
