Theatre
Rivendell Theatre is a fully accessible 50-seat flexible space, which includes two dressing rooms, a booth, pipe grid, full lighting/sound inventory and a separate lobby/box-office. All theater rentals include access to the space and light & sound equipment, use lobby during shows, as well as limited inclusion of provided materials in our website, social media, e-blast, and lobby window.
Rentals do not include special equipment (projectors, props, costumes, etc.), Light, sound & stage technicians, box-office or paid advertising.
Rates
SINGLE PERFORMANCE RENTAL (full day rental 7AM-11PM): $400
PARTIAL DAY PERFORMANCE RENTAL (up to 6 hours): $250
WEEKLY RENTAL: $1300 (five performance days)

Theatre
Studio
Located two doors east of Rivendell Theatre, the studio is a storefront space located steps from the corner of Glenwood and Ridge. Over 1,000 sq feet of space, the space features central heat & air conditioning, access to WiFi, folding tables (3) & chairs (25), upright piano and access to amenities such as a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
$25 per hour / Discounts available for non-profits and long-term agreements. (so here we can honor long term rentals like Catharsis and Idle Muse and also offer non-profits $18 per hour moving forward)
CONTRACTS, DEPOSITS, & FEES
A deposit will be required upon the completion of a rental contract.
Please note: Our spaces tend to book weeks- if not months- in advance.
